All of our Lodging is Pet Friendly! The Motel, B&B, RV Parks, and HorseThief Reservoir all welcome your pets. (The Guest House in Hanston requires that cats be crated, due to allergies.)

Parks & Outdoor Places
There are lots of places to get out and stretch in Hodgeman County! In Hanston there is a City Park and Picnic Shelter near Hwy 156...and also a small pocket park in the middle of town (both have water hydrants for a cold drink!).
In Jetmore you can choose from the Jetmore City Park, Kenyon Nature Park, Jetmore Sunshine Park, or Jetmore City Lake. HorseThief Reservoir is also pet friendly....in fact, Curly kind-of runs the place!
Dog TREATS!
There are lots of nice folks here ... tehy even keep dog treats on hand for our furry friends....locals and visitors alike.
Just stop by either Bank, Pride Ag Resources, Jetmore Veterinary Services or HorseThief Reservoir and give 'em your best puppy-dog eyes!
Pets in a Wedding?
So your best bud is of the four-footed kind, no problem....if you choose to get married at the Wedding and Event Lodge at HorseThief Reservoir, he can be your best man! Of course, he may want to check out the hunting while he's there...
Santa Paws
Christmas on Main is celebrated the first Saturday in December in Hodgeman County...and Santa has a special place in his heart for Dr. Scott and his friends at Jetmore Veterinary Service. Make sure you make plans to meet Santa himself and have keepsake photos taken of you and your family. People and pets alike can enjoy some holiday treats while they print your complimentary photos off. (They even have some Holiday outfits on hand for your pets!) 9 a.m. to noon on Sat morning. No charge.
POOCH PLUNGE
On the last day of the pool season, we will be hosting a POOCH PLUNGE! August 11th from 4-6 p.m. dogs are welcome to bring their humans to the pool for some fun! Humans must sign a Waiver and Dogs are asked to keep their humans on a leash. No All donations will go towards Pool Restroom Repairs. No Dog? No Problem! Come anyway and enjoy some complimentary hot dogs while you enjoy the event.
